My goals for end of year are 220kg squat, 140kg bench and 220kg deadlift @ 82kg. If I bump up into the 90s then anywhere more than those numbers is my goal.
I am guessing there are bad ones (e.g. Smolov on a calorie deficit would seem like a really bad idea to me) but are there really good templates? Would Sheiko be bad?
