I may have put up something like this here before:
Fat loss = cal 27/kg of BW
Maintenance = cal 35/kg of BW
Weight gain = cal 42/kg of BW
The above are not some magic numbers, but they are a base from which you can work of. You do that by writing what you're eating and weigh yourself to see what is occurring.
As Garrer has rightly pointed out, we're all different due to our metabolism etc. At times I was taking in 185 calories and that was for maintenance. Granted that figure is an exception and not the rule by a long shot, but it does illustrate that we're different.
