3)how long till i start seeing noticably gains ??
4) when and how often do i take it for good quik gains ??
thanks in advance guys.

What have you done to gain so far? How is your diet?

If you want to put on size. Drink Milk and Squat.

Want a nice gainer?

75g wms
50g wpi Vanilla flavour
20g peanutbutter

Put all things in a mixer, mix and then enjoy

5'11 and 65kg.. Which means you were 60kg before - that seems rather light!!

You need to eat big, and lift big if you want to put size on.

I've user gainers before, they helped me put on weight, but there is no substitute to real food. Most gainers are rather expensive too - so make your own, as Mattias suggested. There are hundreds of DIY gainer recipes floating around.

Cytogainer is quite a well known gainer though. Also has a bit of creatine in it.

hey guys thanks for the inputs..i have made my own weight gainer with some recipes i found includes peanut butter, oats, choclate powders, vanilla whey protein..tastes good il keep taking this 1-2 times a day to start and see if i get any gains il keep ya posted.

assuming the 5-6kg were not fat mass you are going well. If you want to shotgun approach to adding mass you will get fat and it can be diffucult to strip off without losing some muscle, so take it greasy...I mean easy.
