OK, so in June I bought the Cyberfit GHD. I started using it with my program last week and gave it another shot today.
The only other GHD I have used is a Force USA one at PTC.
Firstly, Cyberfit are in Western Sydney, they sell through and online site and eBay. I find the eBay site cheaper and you can make offers online for their equipment.
I purchased my GHD through eBay, picked it up the next day and was home as assembled that afternoon.
Assembling was very easy, all parts fit together properly and everything is labelled so no confusion.
I think it took me about an hour to assemble.
The padding is very sleek and firm, the finishing on the black is neat, the only fallback was the chrome had marks in it. Doesn't effect function.
There are holes in the vertical and horizontal bars so you can configure the set up anyway you feel comfortable. I'm 4"11 and can find correct settings without having to drill extra holes. The pins click in place then screw tight making the structure rigid for when you use it. My husband is 6" and can find comfortable settings. I've marked out both our settings with liquid paper to get the right configuration each time.
The Cyberfit GHD allows for Hyper extensions, reverse hypers as well as glutes/ham raises. So it's a multi exercise machine.
They are advertised as $500, but I made an offer and got it cheaper
Highly recommend this equipment.
