Cutting/HIIT

Hey all,

I'm new ;)

Anyway, I'm 17 and 70kg. I've gained 7kg during my "bulk". I'm afraid most of it has just gone to fat. I'm currently using Rippetoes Starting Strength Program.

I'm interested in doing some HIIT and cutting to get defined.

Can anyone link me to some HIIT routines for beginners?

Also, when doing overhead press, can this be substitued for incline bench?

While I'm here, instead of making a new thread, can someone help me turn my diet into a cutting diet. Here's an example of a typical day:

[EDIT]: Guess not, can't post URLS =\ How else can I post it up?

Thanks a lot.

Can you describe your bulking phase. At 17 puberty plays a major effect...right up to your early 20s in some cases.

Wanna Cut?

30 minute run in the morning on an empty stomach.

Limit carbs to rye, oats and other slow release.

No Sugar.

A lot of vegetables. And I mean a lot.
