exactly to much to comprehend right, maybe go and buy a new singlet today for the gym instead.

I know for a fact buying new shoes has jacked my test levels considerably higher than any homeopathic natural testosterone boosting stack.

Nothing natural will ever push your test levels out of the natural range.

To be so naive and think that there wouldn't be something to effect testosterone is stupid, hell the oats you have in the morning are good for increasing testosterone......
Nolva increases testosterone because it reduces estrogen so why would some plant based phyto estrogens not work the same way? your an expert though right?
Did you not read any of the blood work of reviews.....


Do you think someone like this would put his name to something if it didn't work and risk his reputation.

Then he obviously truely believes in the product and feel as though it has helped him. Which is great!

I am not here to critisize other people if something works for you then go for it, you have obviously seen good gains using your stacks otherwise you would not be using them. I also respect that other people have seen great gains using next to nothing in terms of supplements.

I guess what we should all get from this is focus on our training and what works for you personally.

Sorry for assuming that all bodybuilders advertising for a supplement company are just being paid a great deal of money to promote the product, I dare say this is the case 90% of the time though
 

So you want imported oil because it's a family business over there. First it doesn't make a difference if an oil is made by a family or by big business. Quality oil is quality oil. Second if they are importing oil to Aus its hardly going to be a mum and dad business growing a few olives anymore. Lol. Also oil goes rancid. More chance of that with imported oil.

Again quality tomatoes are quality tomatoes but I would put money on the farmer who does this for a living and has been trained and studied in growing tomatoes at growing a better product than the granny up the road.

You dont want chemicals on your tomatoes yet those chemicals if any remaining at all would be in extremely low doses. They have had many millions of dollars spent to determine safe levels and withholding periods before they can be used. All this and yet you are happy to take a shopping list full of supps containing various chemcials that have had much less vigorous if any saftey testing when compared to the chemicals used on our food.

So now woolworths / Coles importing ingredients and raw products is bad. But it was good before when you wanted supposedly superior imported oil.

Bazza you post has merits but it goes against my personal beliefs.....pretty simple.

Please also dont forget when Blackmores products were sold by the mightly and trustful woolworths and coles then recalled due to toxicity levels. Just to name one of the few brands woolworths sells and supports.

My views might be out of the box or even out of your comfort zone yet they are my views and they work fine for me.
 

I am sure some of these supps are legitimately decent products but that strikes me as an excessive protocol. Reads like an advertisement for a supp company but that isn't really surprising is it.

An occasional berroca
 
Me, I'm a simple guy when it comes to supps. I'm just coming off

Max's SuperSize (post) with
Axis Labs Micronized Creats

After I take a few weeks off the creats (and finish up this Max's SuperSize) I'll restart on

Mutant Mass by PVL (love the stuff - I had it before the Max's, and a better weight gainer I've yet to find)
Cell-Tech Hardcore (cycled this last year - $$, but GREAT quality)

I also occasionally have some of my leftover RedBak XXXL Mass as an MRP if it ain't too late, but not all that often - I've been eating a lot cleaner and more often the last few weeks, so less need for an MRP.

I've tried a few different supps, but these work for me
