Watched some of the mens crossfit games on espn the other day. They have made kipping pull ups even more retarded. Only a couple inches range of motion, basically just bobbing your head and just swinging your legs around like you are being tazered while holding on to a bar.

In the games they do butterfly pullups, because they can cycle through reps faster than kipping ones. Butterfly ones are similar to butterfly swimming stroke.
