Cravings...gone! Already!

Well dudes...and dudettes....I've really outdone myself this time. Ahead of schedule. Ahead of time. Not that I actually set a time frame on it, or an actual date. For the last 1.5 weeks I've gone back to a super zen clean, low carb diet. The type of diet I've been on for most of my 20's.

Is my main motivation fat loss? Nah. Fat loss is a bit of a side benifit though. I've always felt that broadly speaking a lower carb way of eating is a great format to live by. There are obviously times when consuming carbs is...not vital but important. How I'm playing it is having carbs pre workout & post workout (sometimes during the session). Outside of there, I'm pretty much carb free, taking energy from fats.

I've actually changed the amount of protein & fats I pack into my meals this time around. Next week I'll try out what it's like to have 45-50g of protein per meal. As a little bloke...that'll be interesting.

Anyway, the point of this thread is really to say that I wanted to have some yummy nando's for lunch today. After having the meal (which tasted nice), didn't actually satisfy me as much as I expected. I'm in a position now where I don't actually crave any type of high carb type of foods. It's only taken about 8 days.

:)
