Cortisol Suppression

But my cortisol is too high as per your evaluation in the other thread, does that not lower it?


It could or couldnt be.. I offered a few scenarios and it is impossible to guess what one you are...

If you are indeed too high in cortisol of a night then you need to address that buy getting your sex hormones in order not suppressing the only repair mechanism your body is using currently.

You will crash...

You need

a. a good physician who can help you understand the basics correctly while looking for a cause (they do not appear to be here only in america)

b. find a good physician here who is open to work with others in the field with infomation you provide them, then you learn enough about your body so you can steer you therapy from the back seat.


Either of these situations may suit you but not addressing your hormones is a recipe for break down / mentally/physically/ emotionally...
