Constant Fatigue and Brain Fog

Good to hear you found the answer, the absolute same thing has happened to me, the memory loss is the worst factor, cannot remember a thing, and it annoys me, and just makes me more angry...

And fuck the meds, more harm than good.

I haven't tried the meds, trying a few other things before that. So far what has helped the most is cutting my training days back, and thinking through each thought and emotion. I still have real bad days but they are getting fewer and fewer. Also as hard as it can be sometimes laughing and joking is a must. It's strange to look back and feel that it was so long ago that I did any of that.

Anyways good luck with your health Jaxxor.

I was advised by a nutritionist that Milk or lactose is similar in structure to Gluten so if your gluten intolerant than maybe cut back on milk products as it looked like a lot of yougurt in your diet..

How often do you go to the toilet and do a shit? If youre going more then twice or dont have solid stools you could have digestive problems which can give similar symptoms of depression.

^ To be honest I have no idea, I have this problem at the moment and I cant see a gastro/liver specialist until October. I pretty much have problems digesting alot of food and end up shitting most things straight out within in afew hours. I suspect I may have IBS or a fucked liver as my liver enzymes are elevated. Do you have gastro problems? You have to find out whats causing it, could be a food intolerance/ allergy, stomach ulcers, bacteria imbalance in the stomach etc. If you do have problems the best way is to start an elimination diet and keep a food journal. If you have issues let me know and I can keep you informed with my progress over the next few months.

Yea I have came back negative. At the moment all dairy is a no go, eggs are risky and anything high in fat is very risky which IMO points it IBS assuming nothing else is wrong with me. Ive started eating alot of white bread, rice and potato which has helped as its 100% soluble fibre but if im not careful with what else I eat its off to the toilet I go.

you sound generally unhealthy.

id say its a mix of little things for you

e.g drinking regularly plaus lack of sleep, not eating enough and not getting vitamins can fuck with your hormones as an example...you'll be right mate just seek proffessional help and get it sorted

I have all this too.
I do have some food issues, beer kills me (2 beers and it's head ache and blocked nose), glutten to a lesser extent. Fat doesn't bother me, I was much better on a keto diet (gastro wise), I was just an angry bastard all the other time due to lack of carbs.

It's a very interesting point you make and something to look into further. Thanks.
