Complex Carbs - How to get to 400g

Hey guys.
Just wanting to know what would be the best way to reach about 400grams of complex carbs, in conjuction with the 100g of simple carbs (milk, pwo).
 
Rice and oats are most peoples favourites. One easy way to get them in is to soak dry oats in water over night. Drain the oats and mix in yogurt. Its great becuase the oats don't get much bigger this way and go down easy. When you cook oats they get much bigger and getting enough down to reach to calories goals can be hard.
