Hey guys, this is my first post but I have been looking around on here for a while :].
Okay so my gym is having a little competition, it's all a bit of fun but I was wondering if I could get some strategy going , and wanted some suggestions. Okay so it goes like this:
3 set circruit consisting of:
Close grip chin up (bodyweight)
&
Flat bench press (3/4 of your body weight)
So my body weight is 72kg, (72x0.75= 54kg bench) - Right?
2 min break in between sets.
The total amount of reps will be counted and recorded.
I've never really trained for endurance to be honest, and never done close grip chins. Okay so I'd like some ideas on the best way to go about it, is it a matter of going as hard as I can for every set, or conserve a bit of energy for maximum reps?
And there is a prize for the winner! Haha. Not sure what though.
(p.s I'm gonna do it on Monday so no preperation time )
