Clearing the air between Waxy Maize and Vitargo

But WMS is being sold as a Fast absorbing carb, it surely can't be both? Surely since this is a fairly basic function, why is there conflicting views?
 
False advertising, it is a FACT that WMS is slow absorbing. Its absorption is slower than white bread. Whereas Vitargo absorbs roughly twice as fast as dextrose and maltodextrin. So choose depending on your carb / insulin response needs :)
