CHOC VANILLA PROTEIN BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS
8 egg whites
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups oats
4 scoops whey protein (I used choc vanilla flavour)
2 tpns vanilla extract
30g baking cocoa
stevia concentrate (6 squirts mixed 50/50 with water)
1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Blend oats in coffee grinder.
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix with electric mixer.
Pour into greased baking pan (or baking paper) and cover with alfoil.
Put in oven at around 150c. Reduce temp if the centre isn't cooking through.
Cut into 15, stats are:
118 cals
8g carbs
2g fat
15g protein
114mg sodium
1g sugar
1g fibre
