hey everyone....

i have fat around my nipple area i tried everything to lose them but i just cant!!!:mad:..

Dose anyone have any ideas on how to lose nipple/chest fat?

haha nah seriously I don't know. Are you mad cut everywhere else but have boobies?
Comes from too much chicken or roids they reckon. (or so my yr 10 pe told us lol)
 
Perhaps as a female, not the best person to answer this as chest fat generally encouraged in my sex.

One thought is that 'man boobs' are caused by increased levels of oestrogen. There is heaps of info on compunds in the environment that mimic oestrogen in the body. Know that plastics one of them (especially the plastic used in water bottles), some say soy products.

i'm lean everywhere especially my chest but it's just that bit of fat that i just can't get rid off.....plastic surgeon here i come:)!!!
