if you eat a lot of Protien from unprocessed forms like meat, eggs and vegetables it doesn’t matter how much you eat the only possible bad side effects are obesity.
Once again topics like this get bogged down with studies.
What facts? You haven't posted any.
I'm not going to try and engage in someone in a serious debate when their definition of a fact is subjective drivel
if you eat a lot of Protien from unprocessed forms like meat, eggs and vegetables it doesn’t matter how much you eat the only possible bad side effects are obesity.
and you know all of this for sure, do you.
I think I will keep reading studies also rather than relying on absolute statements like yours for a long time yet.

That fact the you even quote something like that shows what an arrogant prick you are, deadset.
@showdownhero aside from your immature response i will do you a favour and explain why consuming too much protein isn't always good for your health. There are basic low risk side effects from consuming too much protein such as excess farting, shitting, diarrhea, bloating, constipation, stomach upsets.
Now these side effects alone are a reason to not consume high amounts of protein. Other side effects include disrupting the body's normal metabolism and the stress that high protein puts on the liver as all nutrients we consume end up passing through the liver. The liver can only process so many nutrients at one time before it gets over loaded and you get diarrhea for instance. Proteins, carbs, fats, toxins and everything you can imagine all go through the liver. Consuming high amounts of protein puts excess stress on the liver, its as simple as that. If you suffer from diarrhea on a regular basis this can lead to a whole host of health problems.
Most Protien powder is bad juju
if you love your Protien powder make sure it’s got nothing else except Protien even then you can’t be sure.

and if you like milk stop drinking that low fat shit
These are the facts that i already posted, try to read better next time please:

The fact you believe requiring evidence to prove an assertion demonstrates arrogance shows what a bumbling fucktard you are. deadset.
A lot of these things we talk about are almost common sense/common knowledge. An example is Oni asking me for a study showing wether or not Australians are difficient in Vitamin D, this is just common knowledge that almost everyone knows is true thats why i didn't product a study. If i have to explain why Australians nowadays are defficient in Vitamin D then i seriously doubt your intelligence.
Studies are flawed on so many levels its not funny. Some studies are true yes, though many are flawed.
hurr durr i'm a retard
You serious?? You can only have constipation OR diarrhea, it seems whatever ailment a person has at the time is blamed on eating meat.
Bloating is mainly cause by eating carbs, I have never been bloated eating meat.
This is only the case if carbs are consumed with the protein, in the absence of carbs these 'issues' disappear.
