For those interested, the annual national deadlift comp is on again this weekend.
The Brisbane comp is on vulture st, westend, at healthworks.
Lifting starts at 11, and I'll be taking a team of 8 down, with 2 possibly having a crack at 300kg.
The Perth show is on the 4th, at Henry days gym, muscle pit.
The Victoria show is at PTC in Frankston.
Get down and check out some heavy lifting, spectators are always free.
Great work on getting a team of 8 down to the comp mate - would be awesome if someone hits 300kg. Have a great day I know we will down at the Musclepit.

There is, but I'm not sure on location as I'm on my phone and don't want to navigate the CAPO site lol.
The details will be there - Welcome to the Frontpage
Nice work Scott, you had a good turnout and looks like some solid lifting. You need to work your digital magic so we can see what the lifts are, I can't count those little plates too readily.
Shame you went 1 from 3, but you still looked solid for a guy who probably shouldn't even be lifting at the moment...
