I guess the question you are asking is, is he natty?

Well, he is in the IFBB which is not drug tested so he is definitely "on".
 
Shape comes primarily from the bones and long muscle bellies/short tendon, so it is possible but very rare
 
Bio says 6"1 88 kg comp weight so he's not huge. Those stats are naturally attainable, maybe not for the majority drug free at very low body fat levels though. He's not IFBB, he's WBFF.

88kg at 6"1 is not even big. Just about anyone that height can achieve that size. The shape required to win a pro card is another matter but drugs don't assist that.
 
No, definitely not. You could get close to his lean muscle mass, but not at that body fat level.
 
You really need to reassess who your Hero's are mate.

Your Hero's should be tough kunts, like @Bazza20; and @Big Mick; You break their jaws you'll just make em mad. You break this Kuntz jaw and he'll curl up like a five year old girl, even wit all the Tren floating around his system!
