I have long searched for an exact answer on this, though im starting to believe that there is no definite answer.
The General consensus is, that Caffeine and creatine, do not mix (Caffeine cancels out the effect of creatine.
How to combine creatine and caffeine – and how not to
My Question is, if I loaded my normal Caffeine in the morning, then loaded Creatine in the afternoon / Evening would this have a positive effect, and the caffeine in my body should have depleted ?
