My take on a chocolate and passionfruit protein mousse.
High in protein, low in sugar and fat, high in fibre.
If bulking, you can use cream, milk, coconut cream, whatever instead of water. That would be sensational.

Macros attached for Versions 1 and 2 (the casein & yoghurt version)
