I used to do it with my morning shakes.
I hear soaking them in water over night helps but I used to just put them in the blender dry and blend them for a minute or 2. I found if you pick up the blender and shake/roll it around a but it helps. If you like it it's well cheap because you can do it with the cheap ass homebrand oats.
I also found it's more tolerable in a thicker shake (think eggs and banana and stuff) because it doesn't just sink to the bottom.
It might be too lumpy for some but i enjoyed it. I like a bit of chew in my shakes lol.
Shit I better get off that damn Choc! I think it is making me fatstrawberries = 2 more inches on arms.

yeah studies have been shown showing chocolate wpc is making people fat, what sort of nutrionist are you?
The comment above was sarcastic.
hmm, have you tried food processor to fine them up?
Hahahaha, yeah a I'm going to suggest to all my clients to only get Banana or Strawberry protein because it is 'healthier'
Well most of the top ten are staples in my plans
That might be a little high depending on your activity levels.lol.
btw serious question. im 80kg (morning weight), probably 13-15% bodyfat and bulking, to get my daily calorie goal, is it 80 x 42?
That might be a little high depending on your activity levels.
As a quick calculation for MAINTENANCE calorie intake use BODYWEIGHT x 30-35 cal or for a very active use BODYWEIGHT x 40-45 cal.
Obviously just adjust it up or down (10-15%) depending on goal and progress on the maintenance calorie intake
Max quick question, should this be your bodyweight right now or the bodyweight of what you want to be?
I.E. if I am 80kg and I want to be 70kg, should I calculate based on 70kg x 30-35 or 80kg x 30-35 less 10%
and reverse in bulking
30g BN WPC
30g BN Powdered oats
400ml Full cream milk
470 cals
2 a day not a bad way to sneak in extra 900 odd cals
