Exactly! I started at 130kg and dropped to 108 in 2.5-3 months without much of a diet change. I just trained hard. Don't make excuses, Don't let other people get you down, Train hard and You will come out on top
Yeah Im doing the boot camp thing its really good. I like the group atmosphere. Reminds me of when I did martial arts. Turns out although Im a fat bastard im actually really fit (compared to other people I guess). To be honest I havent seen anyone as heavy as me do half the shit I do. Maybe I just have good genetics or something I dunno.
