but honestly speaking what worked best to this day still.. count your calories mate.
figure out how much u weight currently, then go bout 200cals less than required daily mantainence for like 4weeks whilst lifting hard..see how your body is responding. at least when u get down to a leaner body it will be easier for you to determine what you wanna do. from then onwards slowly increase your calorie intake, say by 200 to 300, if wanna maintain, 500cals if you wanna bulk.
