Current gf is encouraging me to train but to back off a bit on the walking (100km in 3 weeks).
Trying to get her to do a bit of training or to do some regular swimming as she's complaining about being 4kg over weight (currently 48kg). Persuaded her to try bikram yoga with me next weekend (I've been doing it since november).
I showed mine the pic of Hugh's (lack of) quads doing the DL........ Her reply was "what's wrong with his legs? They look good". I was speachless, think I'm getting the feeling a lot of women dont like big muscle.

Luckily, the missus took an interest in lifting a while back now. She started to notice the progress I was making, liked it, but also... maybe was thinking she was "falling behind" sort of thing. Apparently this happens a lot in relationships when one but not the other gets in shape, be it through exercise or diet, or both.
