Basically whey, ZMA, fish oil and great diet get the job done. When I am on strict caloric intake, certain thermos have helped - but moreso from the perspective of killing appetite. Few cups of green tea does this, too.
I've not had a multi in about 2 years, but as an insurance policy if you're under your caloric maintenence, it can't hurt.
