bent over rows

If you do them, what weight are you using for your worksets. Also give squat and deadlift numbers for comparison. If you can remember can you say what weight you started on with rows too. Thanks.

I don't consider them to be a "core" exercise like squat, bench, dead, etc. however when I do them, typically the weight is similar to my bench, so somewhere around the 70kg mark for worksets last time I gave them a run.

Squat at the time was approx 140, dead approx 150.

i like bent over rows, i dont do them often enough though.

work sets i will usually row 80kg maxing around 100kg.

squat 140, dead 180

yeah i do them, recently just drop the weight to concertrate more on form, but was doing 100kg previously with pretty good form at the start but as fatigued the angle of the back got more towrads the 45deg mark instead of being at 90 where i wanted it, so i will work back upto the 100 and beyond again soon...

squat i think was around 145 and bench was a pretty dismall 95 or so......

strict Pendlay style 80kg, from the rack on a less severe angle, 110kg. Only just started doing them Pendlay style.

Work sets for squat are 150, RDL (don't train regular deadlifts right now) 120kg. I don't really push progression on the bent over row too hard to keep the form up.

5x10x120kg after deadlifting
Think I started on 50kg... I remember getting 1 plate for the first time lol

Do them so it's like the top of a deadlift, as I am doing them to build my deadlift. So I'll RDL it to below the knees and use a small amount of hip extension as I pull then lower back below the knees for each rep. This is the best example I can find of how I do them:

Squat 180kg, 200 with wraps, deadlift 250, axle deadlift 265

I row 42.5kg-50kg dumbells but at a more horizontal angle than some e.g. above is like 45 degrees. I'm not totally horizontal though.

that's exactly how I was doing them 0ni. was starting to get a bit cray that I was rowing 110kg, and only RDL 120. I do force myself to use double overhand grip for RDL though.

I do 60 kg, but my back doesn't move a centimetre.

140 deadlift 120 squat.
