Quick question
On my back day I have started doing the following excercises:
Bent ove BB row
T-Bar row
Shoulder width Lat pull down
Shrugs
Hypers
Are these enough for my back? I do deadlifts on my leg days. Also im in the process of purchasing a power rack (with chinup bar) so I can incorporate pull ups etc...
