find a pic that you want max file size of 30KB with max pixel size of 100x100
then click on the "Control Panel " link in the menu bar above then in the "Edit Your Profile Page" click on "Avatar control panel" which appears in the left menu

Just uploaded over 700 avatars for you to choose from , you can view them by following the above process and clicking on "show gallery "
