Are certain muscles stronger than others?

I'm just wondering if the bicep or tricep is inherently stronger than the other?

I was reading somewhere that said that triceps are stronger compared to biceps due triceps healing faster, can't remember where i read it now , is there validity to that statement?

Thanks.

It's my belief that everyone has a muscle that they're great at. Some people might be biceps, other chest, and others legs. I have no evidence to back this up, but a tthe gym, I see people who back this up. My lags are my strongest part, and others have stronger chests.

So while triceps can be stronger for person A, it doesn't necessarily mean it's stronger for person B.

Your triceps are basically twice as big as your biceps, so they would be stronger.

Just like comparing quads to hamstrings, quads are much bigger and more powerful.

your tricep has three heads, and it makes up the most of your upper arm , so yes in general it is stonger then your bicep because it is larger
