I dont know about abs, its seems as if the only real reason to work on them is if your "skinny" or low body fat...So if youyr a bit bigger would doing ab workouts even do anything?
I know your abs get stronger but is there any different appearance?
a strong midsection helps your squats and bench, and most other power exercises. But they are trained through power exercises also, so you don't need to supplement them too much.
