We have, there isn't a day where it's not used.
Any thing prowler is cardio.
Can't squat at the moment but sled drags and pushes on my home made sled/prowler are growing my legs fine.
Are you doing pulls with a band? Also you find push or pulls better for quad growth?
I do a lot of backwards sled drags and seems great for the quads. Both should work well.
You go heavy for short distance or u go light for long distance?
30 meters then short rest and go again.
Do you go barefoot or runners? Also do you listen music whilst doing it? If so what?
On an unrelated note, Bazza is a dairy farmer, his boots are rubber and they come up to his knees. He tucks his overalls into them.

Sticky what sort of ways have you guys incorporated using the prowler into your training without it affecting you squatting and deadlifting recovery? I imagine it takes it out of your legs and lower back pretty hard if you were to do a solid 15-20 minute session with it.
