Can someone please help me make since of this. I no you have to eat six meal's per day.?but i don't understand how to count calories. And i have herd Alo't about good fats but Don't have a clue what they mean I work out 5 days a week 3 of the 5 night i do core after training 2 of the other five night i do 10 to 15 minutes of Cardio Im currently in Ok condtition well part from the small pot gut (skinny fat i guess)anyways my question is i want to gain lean muscle and try and lower my body fat can anyone offer me some sample meal plans also supplement at the moment i take supercharge Pre-workout and have Protein post work out and before going to bed is that even enough Protein to be taking it all seems over whelming to me ive been back soild traing for 5 weeks but at the moment my diet is letting me down thanks for anyone that reply's
