Damn, I thought i was the only one to know about this...
Have seen this before. It's pretty cool. Just wondering how it's getting BF% though? I can't see anywhere to input starting figures?
It's a great thing to setup bulk/cut phases over a year!
Pretty cool, but like with all calculations.. plenty of room for error, particularly when it comes to the body of someone who doesn't fit into the "GP". I've used schofield and harris benedict formulas et. el. in the past and they have been great, but for some clients not so good. Ie; it says I require 3500 for maintenence. I clean bulk on 3.5k calories and maintain at 2.5k. The more advanced and an our lier from the general pop, the more attention to detail req!
Freaking nerds. A physics lover, accountant and nobody really knows what Kevin is but he loves to read things.
Ashamed to label myself as a freaking PT.......Freaking nerds. A physics lover, accountant and nobody really knows what Kevin is but he loves to read things.

Sucker, I am an Exercise Scientist and Rehabilitation Specialist.... YEAH!
Also Viviane the above suggests I nerded it up with research articles, anatomy labs and biomechanic labs for years.
Post grad biomechanics would take you. Next time ask your trainer to explain Inverse Dynamics with accompanying equations.
for the record, I'm blaming you tomorrow morning when I rock up and ask her within the first 30 seconds:
How'd that go for you? (or more specifically for her)
How'd that go for you? (or more specifically for her)
her response: " Oh Jesus, that was a while ago ... specific to which sport exactly? and what precisely was the focus? Inertia/momentum?"
lol
