There is no special pill no secret recipe to developing quick muscle growth the reality is that it takes time and dedication for it to happen , many people that enter into the world of bodybuilding / fitness traing expect their muscles to grow over night , that wont happen , like anything good things come to those that wait. A lot of beginners make the mistake of working out everyday, this really isn't needed if anything it can do more damage then good , less is more is the key. Your muscles grow when they are resting put a rest day in between each workout.
