People often forget that our anti drugs laws are a pretty recent invention, in 1950's America forms of speed were available without prescription... thus Mickey Mouse attempting to suborn Africa by getting the pharmaceutical's franchise for selling a form of speed there:

Heheh I actually thought it was a dumb cartoon When you look back at it though drug use galore, what a pill popper. Just like pop eye and his steriod laced spinach.
