Hey all
i have just started lifting as i am trying to gain some muscle ,I'm 18 yrs old 5'9" and 73kg, i have some belly fat but when i flex i can see my abs under the surface. I don't have very big arms but as with my abs when i flex my arms do look big
I'm looking for a routine for my chest and abs as I'm really trying to add chest mass and shape and get those nice chiseled abs.
