Ok, now that the 100 burpees challenge has become such a walk in the park for so many of us (:eek:), it's time for all the supreme athletic specimens at AusBB to move on to the next challenge.....inverted shrugs!

Give your dip bars a pummelling like they've never seen before and blast your traps into submission with this little-known gem.

Work your way into it easy at first, then go for gold my friends, 100 inverted shrugs! Post up your time.
 
I've got an idea - there's this crazy (omg you're going to laugh its so old school) exercise called the squat? have you heard of it?

What if we all tried to get our squats as high as possible and rendevued back here?
