Can increasing your activity level and upping your diet to 4000 cal - so you get fat at the same rate - help you build muscle? Even though you have a similar caloric excess.

Interesting. The diet you are doing is basically the 'Carb Nite Solution' by John Kiefer.
Will be watching progress with interest.
ECA / Clenbuterol / T3 are anabolic if you use them correctly.
People act as if no one ever just ate a big dinner before Kiefer come along.
