Small refeed today
Went to a winery with the parents, had chicken breast with ham and tomato sauce and a few potatoes, very tasty indeed. Pretty much my calories for the day though so nothing but shakes for the rest of the day!
Not really, I have about 80g of carbs a day (1 foot long sub). The rest is protein + fat. But I am having like 250/80/80 protein/fat/carbs so it's pretty low carb.
