0ni's diet log

An easy way to look at diet
Take your body weight in pounds and double it. So for me that is 310g of protein. I am rounding the numbers here for sanity. Take how many calories this is (1240) and double that for how many calories you eat in the day (2480).

If you're trying to lean out, ditch the carbs and get the remainder of the calories in fats (140g). When you're trying to bulk, split the calories evenly between fats (70g) and carbs (150g) and then increase by 250kcal each fortnight (30g carbs, 14g fats) until you hit the sweet spot.

Works out low on calories for me even cutting.

Any research on such high protein being beneficial. 440g for me, seems excessive.

If it's too low then simply increase fats for cutting and both for bulking. Although I suspect with the protein that high it would still be fine. You do a lot of exercise though.

Nothing exceeds like excess. I dunno what research you're expecting but imo you're not eating for strength unless you're pushing protein this high. It will keep you nice and lean on a bulk as well. This is just the way I do it. The higher you push carbs, the less protein you'll need- so feel free to subtract protein and increase carbs gram for gram. However I see no real reason to do so. 220g of carbs a day is plenty for a 100kg male to maintain their weight imo.

As a skinny çunt Oni how many proper cuts (and I mean properly trying to lose fat) have you done? If it's more than zero I don't believe you. With minimal experience on cutting fat and keeping muscle and strength I was wondering where you are getting your information from.

From readying any info from dietitians with a bodybuilding/performance focus I haven't really seen any recommend more than 3g protein/kg on a cut.

Again where is the 220g carb figure coming from I'm just interested how you are coming to these conclusions.

By the way don't take this as an attack. Not having to cut is a fucking good thing.

Valid question really- how did I come up with this?
The total sum of my diet information comes from the following books:

Neanderthin - Ray Audette
Nutrient Timing - Ivy
Issuance Of Insanity Nutritional Psycho - Jamie Lewis
Natural Hormonal Enhancement - Rob Faigin
Better Than Steroids - Dr. Warren Wiley

To put things into perspective, 0ni's had no experience in cutting or bulking
Any info just comes from the internet

I don't need to bulk or cut because I didn't get fat in the first place
I've gained in excess of 15kg since I started

I enjoy reading oni posts. But you are upselling that diet routine to anyone and everyone... that shit is getting annoying. Anyone doing a real cut. How do u eat 400 grams of protein per day whilst getting in 200g of fat for a 200pound guy trying to cut.

This is my diet log I'll post what I like
A 200lb guy would have 400g protein and 180g of fats, not 200g. There are 9 calories per gram of fats, not 8.
180g of fats is 1.2kg of hamburger mince a day and gives 230g of protein. That's another 170g of protein left which is less than 6 scoops of protein powder through the day. 3 double serves, not hard to get in that much protein. In total that gives 3200kcal a day which is a fine cutting diet with plenty of food

Fair enougg.your log. But its appalling to see you give the same diet reccomendations to anyoje without even knowing their goal. In another thread you did post stating to convert your weight into lbs. And this same number be the daily fats you require and douvle the number for protein...

Personally my tdee is 2800 calories per day.. . Looking forward to your new updates

Where did I give a blanket diet recommendation without knowing their goal? What's wrong with converting a body weight to pounds?
