Event - “Redemption” Novice and improvers 3 Lift competition.
When - 13th July 2014 (Sunday)

What - This is an raw and open event. Anybody can enter. Wrists wraps/Knee wraps are allowed.
No lifting singlet is needed.
Shoes and knee length socks must be worn on the day

Where - The event will be held at PTC Sydney.
Unit 51/2 Railway Parade Lidcombe 2141

Weigh in - 9am-10:30am

LIfting starts at 11am sharp

Cost - $40 (Free for spectators)
