So whilst attempting the herculean task of tying up my shoelaces yesterday I felt a "pop" in my lower back.. I'm not in any severe debilitating pain, I'd call it constant slight discomfort.
What annoys me the most is I resistance train 4-6 days per week, always concentrate on form over weight...
So I read a study the other day that had guys swinging a 16kg KB for 12mins. The average was apparently 265.
