Cardio equipment?
Bands?
Dynamic stretching?
Specific movements?
Rollers?
I'm just interested in forms of warm ups!
For me, it's dynamic stretching and band work.
Have a good weekend!

So my shoulders click, snap and pop when I move them around in wide circles such as in a shoulder dislocation movement with the broomstick (or in a windmill)
They certainly click, snap, and pop when I do warm up exercises such as anterior and lateral rotation with a small weight or dumbell...

Hi guys,
For 3 years I trained light, then heavier, then heaviest.
Eg. Bench 60kg/10 reps, 70kg/8 reps, 80kg/4 reps.
Recently I flipped it: 80kg/6 reps, 70kg/8 reps., 60kg rep till fail.
I find it much better as you are able to lift the heavy weight straight away as your muscles are not...
