    Rank these in order of importance for a bodybuilder?

    Drugs Diet & Nutrition Genetics Training Obviously being even mildly consistent with all 4 will yield the most optimal results. But which could be considered more vital than others? Can overdoing one overcompensate or make up for the relative lack of another?

    I avoid sldl because I can not simply do them, for me its dangerous to my lower back. I also avoid the hack squat machine as i get pain in my knees. Ive heard people avoiding upright rows, but i do them?
