So I thought this would be interesting since I know everyone has different methods to the madness and different beliefs in working out. So I wondered if anyone wants to share their routine for a chest workout
I usually get a foot long roasted chicken sub, eat half for lunch and save the other half for later.
What about you guys?
I am currently typing this while Im eating my sub, and I just bit into something fucking hard like a bone..... wtf? :(
