Hi all
As i am new to the site i thought i would try and learn the termanology, please excuse me if i seem dense, i just like to ask a lot of questions.
Firstly, i've seen a lot of " 6 x 170kg @92kg"
My understanding is that it's 6 reps of 170kg's while weighing 92kg.
Is that correct?
