I like the look of this trap bar with adjustable handles and they're not raised so you can get down lower in the bottom position

Who here has it?
I have it in one ear and it caused by the fuck up in the chain of muscles from the massiter to the trap more than likely from an unrack or OH injury that never got treated.

Had a play with these the other day. What are peoples thoughts on them?
Have read some people say its more like a squat than a deadlift but I didnt notice that. I seem to feel it a lot in my back especially lower back and lats. Which is strange because a lot of the negativity towards it is...
As the title name suggests, where can I get a decent trap bar in Sydney?
Have looked at numerous places but all seem to be in Victoria, and $400-$600. Just want it for a home gym set up.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

What is Everyones thoughts on this advice?
Lower back injury is nothing serious

Anyone used these things for farmers walks...
I'm thinking of starting trap bar deadlifts in place of regular dl.
I've been told that my poor flexibility inhibits me on regular dl. I started reading something about how the trap bar is better for people in that situation, so I thought it may be better to use that than stuff around for...
ABC are working on affordable bumper plates. These are a step up from the chinese ones on sale and sit beneath their calibrated ones.
Wayne realizes that not everyone can afford nor needs calibrated bumpers, but they still want a higher quality than the chinese ones on offer.
