I have been having issues with a very sore foot for about a year now, past few days its been extremely sore 6.5/10 pain wise all day long. starting from injuries i did a few years ago, a lot of tension and scar tissue in my foot, ive been to countless physios and had a lot of deep muscle...
ive recently been going to get deep tissue massages. The first day the therapists i has so much knots it wasnt funny. I could feel her relocating or flattening out my muscles in the back shoulders legs as they were rolling around. Im doign this once per week now for 20min.

hey guys, i have a rather unstable right knee, i get some sharp pain in my ACL (atleast thats where it feels like) i run 25kms a week, iv spent allot of money trying to find the right doctor to fix my wrist (took 12months of searching).
