  1. Depression linked to inflammation

http://www.theage.com.au/lifestyle/health-and-wellbeing/wellbeing/depressiondoes-it-originate-in-the-immune-system-20161114-gspavq.html A very interesting read. Bodybuilders have for years touted the need to keep inflammation to a minimum. At least the natty ones have. Both of them.

afl and nrl grand finals- conspiracy theory

does anyone else find it rather coincidental that in both NRL and AFL there was a sydney vs Melb rivalry? that in both codes there were two teams that hadn't won in 50-60years? and that both of those teams won and broke the drought :?
  3. Abdominal Training Theory - Jeff Cavaliere

The video suggests that they may be caused by a lack of abdominal strength or failure to use the core correctly while running. While this doesn't make much sense to me has anybody else heard of...
  7. Questionable theory

My theory is: If I eat an amount equivalent (in cals) for a 200 pound (90kg or so) person, and if I train to grow my strength and musculature using weights (doing a 5x5 routine all lifts are compound types), I will loose fat and gain muscle. Considering all things being equal and diet is...

[Tv] unaired pilot Big Bang Theory

Just finished watching the unaired pilot of the big bang theory. Geez was it different to the series we see today , while some of the things are same but there is also a lot different Sheldon in the unaired pilot is a horn dog with stashed porn mags and like big butts Lenard is much the...
  9. Spot training doesnt work in theory but how do you explain...

I know spot training doesnt work in theory but when i workout my arms hard core for a while i have less fat there but my al over body fat is the same and also my body fat % is the same so how do you explain that? bigger muscles dont account for visibly less fat .
