I'm looking for reccomendations for a qualified nutritionist preferably in western sydney. Penrith/hawkesbury area. As opposed to an online coach.

At what point does ones training become a concern for the long term.... And can it create future problems in later years...
I note that squatting causes problems with my right elbow... It's an ongoing issue that I'm going to have to get addressed....

ie. You are either in an excess calorie state, or calorie deficit.
